A Schnoodle is made up of half Poodle, half Schnauzer. They learn fast, love their owners & are hypoallergenic (they don't shed)! A Schnoodle can be any combination of a Poodle and Schnauzer. The breed varieties are Toy Poodle, Miniature Poodle, Standard Poodle, Miniature Schnauzer, Standard Schnauzer, and Giant Schnauzer. Each variety contributes a different coloring and size.
I am not a breeder of Schnoodles, so don't think I am trying to sell you one of my puppies. I am simply a dedicated and proud owner (of two schnoodle dogs for 22 years). I got my first Schnoodle, Rodney, when I was 10 years old. He was a mix of a Standard Poodle and Standard Schnauzer. He was mostly tan with bits of black. This came from a tan Poodle and black Schnauzer and he was about 30 lbs. Rodney was my best friend for 14 years (which is a good life span for his size).
My second Schnoodle is the one I currently own, Toby. He is a mix of a Miniature Poodle and Miniature Schnauzer. I don't have any other details about his parents. Toby has great coloring. He is mostly black, with brown highlights and gray/white hair on his chest and chin. Toby is about 20 lbs (about the size of the mini Poodle and mini Schnauzer).
These two dogs have brought so much happiness in my life. And because of that, I'm going to tell you the great traits of Schnoodles so you can see how one could bring happiness to your life too.
